Lumière is a private, application-only wellness club in the Design District of Dallas. A communal recovery space — in-ground cold plunge, hot tub, dry Finnish sauna, infrared sauna — integrated with a premium training floor, boutique pilates studio, café, and coworking.
Dallas has never had a place like this. Lumière is designed for the way this city actually lives — and for the people who set its standard.
Communal in-ground cold plunge for 8–10, maintained at 45–50°F. Concrete, tile finish, ozone-UV filtration. The social core of the club.
Built-in commercial hot tub, 6–8 person. Shared filtration infrastructure with the plunge. Warm stone surround. Contrast, not choice.
Dry Finnish sauna for 12–15. Kiln-dried Nordic spruce, electric heat, vapor barrier. The sensory anchor of the recovery room.
Full-spectrum IR panels, 6–8 person cabin. Longer sessions, lower temperature, different intention than the Finnish. Both have a place.
3,500 sqft of serious equipment. Rogue racks, cable machines, full dumbbell range to 120lb. No cardio bank. Rubber flooring, 14ft ceilings.
Six reformers, three classes daily, max 6 students. Glass walls facing reception — always visible. Intimate, included in membership.
Exceptional espresso on a La Marzocca or Slayer. Matcha, smoothies, a few things to eat. A beautiful coffee bar, not a restaurant.
Creative studio aesthetic. Acoustic pods, open seating, treadmill desks. High-speed dedicated wifi. A place to stay, not just to train.
Hotel-standard. Large-format tile, wood-front lockers, vanity lighting. Not gym standard. The exit experience matters as much as the entry.
Corporate seats available at $450/month (minimum 3 seats per company). Employer-sponsored memberships count toward the 250-member cap. Day passes at $50 for member-sponsored guests only — no walk-in access.
Application-only is not gatekeeping for its own sake. It curates culture. Lumière works because the people in it make it work. Review within 48 hours. Approved members receive a payment link. The waitlist is not a consolation — it is the pipeline.
